Return Policy

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY:

Please read this information carefully.
Fishfinderking.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. This means the product must be in original condition including all accessories, manuals, quick reference cards, rebate coupons, unopened software, and warranty cards. The product must not have been installed or used. The plastic sheet covering and protecting the display screen must still be in place. Products that come with bundled software that has been opened, used, and/or unlocked will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Special Order items may not be returned. Cartography products and open and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to info@fishfinderking.com detailing exactly the purchasing information ie be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact us for details.
We will contact you with further instructions, including the address of our warehouse. Once we know the product has been received back at our warehouse, FishfinderKing.com will issue a refund to the original credit card, (minus shipping costs and restocking fee). Do NOT refuse delivery of your order. If you refuse delivery, you will be charged any and all fees associated with the original shipment, plus any return shipping charges. Other restrictions may apply.

If the product is not in resalable condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Returns of opened software will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Pre-Programmed data cards (including marine and land cartography memory cards) are NOT returnable. No plastic bubble-wrapped product will be accepted for return if the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.

Do NOT ship your package back until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address of our warehouse. Unauthorized shipments without an RMA will be refused and a charge for return shipping will be made. Please note that Returns will not be processed without documentation including a copy of the original receipt with the order number, your address and reason for return - and, the RMA number clearly marked on both the original invoice and the outside of the shipping box (please don't write on the product box). "Return Merchandise Authorization" numbers expire 10 days after they are issued and will not be re-issued.

Fishfinderking.com attempts to publish an accurate catalog. Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices may change at any time. Shipping weights are actual weights and express shipments may weigh more or less due to dimensional weight calculations.

Orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a full refund. However, once an item has been shipped, customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways for any returns. Cancellations must be made via email to info@FishFinderking.com. Acceptable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.

Backorder Policy

If there are any delays due to backorders or other circumstances, we will notify you via email giving you the option of waiting for your backordered item, or canceling your order.

Occasionally our suppliers run short of stock and we are unable to supply in the timeframe expected. In the unlikely event of a backorder situation we will contact you with the estimated delivery date. If this does not meet your requirements we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative.

Shipping Policies

Fishfinderking.com will credit your card as soon as your order is given to our shipping distributor. Fishfinderking.com ships via every major carrier. Published rates are available on carrier websites.

Shipping to an address that is different from your Billing address may delay your order until we can verify the shipping address. We require that the Billing phone number match what is on file with your credit card company. This is for your protection as well as ours.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match what is on file with your credit card company.

We can only ship to physical addresses - no P.O. boxes. We reserve the option to use other shipping companies, including FedEx and DHL. Most items are shipped on the same business day (Mon-Fri) if the order is received by 3 p.m EST. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. We cannot guarantee that any package will arrive on time, this is solely in the hands of the carrier (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc) and can be affected by such things as strikes, natural disasters, weather, and more. If your shipment doesn't arrive when it's supposed to, please understand that this is out of our control.

If a package is refused or non-deliverable, for any reason, the customer will be charged for the original shipping fee, plus any applicable return shipping fees.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are charged at published rates. The US Postal Service offers the most cost effective service in most instances. Please contact info@fishfinderking.com for a shipping quotation as shipping costs that are automatically calculated upon checkout apply to shipping to the 48 continental states only.

Damaged Goods Policy

Fishfinderking.com makes every attempt to ship your fishfinder so that it arrives in perfect working condition. If your shipment arrives in a damaged condition and the product is defective, please take a photograph of the damaged packaging and damaged product and email it all to us within 10 days at info@fishfinderking.com and we will investigate and see how we can rectify this situation for you.

If a product is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, the customer should contact the carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.) to file a claim. FishFinderKing is not responsible for loss, theft or damages after the package leaves our warehouse, however, we will try to assist you during the claims process. If you wish to return your product, you must EMAIL US to get proper instructions BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Any items shipped back to us without a prior arrangement will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Price Draw Policy

Entry and participation in any competition shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms. By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.

All decisions of FISHFINDERKING.COM will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Fishfinderking.com accepts no liability for the safe and effective postal delivery of a prize.

By purchasing any product at fishfinderking.com, you will have 3 chances each month at winning a fishfinder up to the value of $500 USD. By submitting your name and email address, without a related purchase, you will have 1 chance in the draw each month. The draw will take place at the end of each calendar month and the winner notified by email. Only the winner will be notified. The winner is required to provide accurate delivery details. Fishfinderking.com will choose the most appropriate and cost effect way to deliver the prize. Fishfinderking.com reserve the right to use the winner's first name and State for promotional purposes on the fishfinderking.com website. All personal information collected is held on secure servers and will not be sold, given to any persons outside of MI Online Ventures LLC. Personal information that is collected by fishfinderking.com may be used for promotional purposes by MI Online Ventures LLC. If a specified prize becomes unavailable, FISHFINDERKING.COM may substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion. In such an instance, FISHFINDERKING.COM will endeavour to ensure the substitute prize is of equal or greater value to the original prize. Please allow 28 days for the delivery all prizesThe Fishfinder prize draw will only take place when monthly gross profit is larger than the total cost of the fishfinder prize. In the event that monthly gross profit is less than the cost of the fishfinder prize, no prize draw will take place for that month. It is not the intention of Fishfinderking.com to compromized financially when offering this prize. FISHFINDERKING.COM, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by FISHFINDERKING.COM. FISHFINDERKING.COM reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter. FISHFINDERKING.COM may terminate any contest at any time at its absolute discretion. In the event of such termination, FISHFINDERKING.COM may, at its absolute discretion, elect not to award any prize in respect of the terminated contest. The prize draw is only available to the USA. Shipping within the USA but outside of the 48 US continental states may incur a separate shipping charge. These terms and conditions may be changed at anytime.
